![]() I ran the process on the photos that were doubled in size to reduce them to 1024 x 768 and it kept them the same 2048 x 1536. I ran the process again and it still did the same thing (doubling the size). It resized every photo to that size, so at least it was uniformly incorrect. The padding worked great, but instead of resizing all the photos to 1024 x 768 it doubled the size to 2048 x 1536. Wanted all photos to be 1024 x 768 (with color padding for those that needed it).
